Nickel Alloy 201 Tubing comprises 99% pure nickel with low carbon (0.02% max). It offers excellent mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of 380 MPa, yield strength of 103 MPa, and elongation of 40%. Nickel 201, particularly in reducing and alkaline environments, provides outstanding corrosion resistance and is highly resistant to acids like sulfuric and hydrochloric. Its advantages include excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, good ductility, and resistance to high-temperature oxidation, making it ideal for chemical processing, food handling, and heat exchanger applications.
