Stainless Steel 310/310S Heat Exchanger Tubing is made up of about 25% chromium and 20% nickel, giving it outstanding oxidation resistance up to 1100°C. The 310S grade has a lower carbon content, which improves weldability and minimizes carbide precipitation during high-temperature exposure. These tubes boast a tensile strength of around 520 MPa and a yield strength of about 205 MPa, along with good elongation and toughness. They maintain their structural integrity even under thermal cycling and stress. The austenitic structure provides excellent ductility and scaling resistance in high-temperature applications, making them perfect for demanding heat exchanger needs.
