Stainless Steel 310H Heat Exchanger Tubing is an austenitic alloy that contains 24–26% Chromium, 19–22% Nickel, and 0.04–0.10% Carbon, which together provide remarkable high-temperature strength and excellent oxidation resistance. It also includes Manganese, Silicon, and Iron. This tubing offers a tensile strength ranging from 520–750 MPa, a yield strength of about 205 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 40%. With exceptional resistance to oxidation and thermal fatigue up to 1100°C, 310H tubing maintains its mechanical stability and structural integrity in harsh, fluctuating heat environments, making it perfect for critical heat exchanger applications.
