The commercially pure grades (1 & 2) deliver outstanding corrosion resistance and good ductility, while Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) and Grade 9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V) offer higher tensile strengths (around 620–895 MPa) along with moderate to excellent formability. This tubing showcases excellent resistance to chlorides, acids, and seawater, making it perfect for demanding environments. With a low density of about 4.5 g/cm³ and a high strength-to-weight ratio, titanium coil tubing also boasts remarkable fatigue and crack resistance under both dynamic and static pressure conditions.
