Stainless Steel 316Ti Seamless Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel that includes around 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and titanium (at least five times the carbon content) for stabilization. The titanium addition enhances strength at high temperatures and boosts resistance to intergranular corrosion. Typical mechanical properties feature a tensile strength of roughly 515 MPa and a yield strength of 205 MPa. This alloy maintains excellent toughness, weldability, and resistance to oxidation and scaling at temperatures reaching up to 870°C.
