Duplex Steel Instrumentation Tubing is normally made up of 22% chromium, approximately 5% nickel, molybdenum, and nitrogen, having a balanced austenitic and ferritic stainless steel structure. The above composition ensures excellent resistance against pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. The tubing provides high tensile strength (max. 620 MPa) and yield strength (max. 450 MPa) and good weldability, as well as excellent fatigue life and great resistance to corrosion and stress. All these make it top-performing for tough conditions, blending long endurance with mechanical effectiveness for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive use in industrial measurement instrumentation.
