Duplex Steel Welded Pipes consist of around 22% chromium, 5% nickel, and 3% molybdenum content with low carbon for the improvement of corrosion resistance. These pipes incorporate the advantages of ferritic and austenitic stainless steels with high strength and excellent durability. Mechanical specifications are tensile strength of 620–900 MPa, yield strength of 450–620 MPa, and an elongation of approximately 25%. They are highly resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. They possess good weldability and excellent performance in aggressive conditions, which makes them perfect for structural and pressure aspects.
