Hastelloy ERW pipes consist of a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy, frequently supplemented with tungsten to enhance corrosion resistance. The standard chemical composition comprises 50–70% nickel, 15–30% molybdenum, and 14–20% chromium. This alloy provides superior resistance to oxidation, pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
