Hastelloy Pipes are mainly made up of Nickel (58–63%), Molybdenum (28–30%), Chromium (1–2%), along with Iron, Cobalt, and trace elements like Tungsten and Copper, depending on the specific grade (such as C-22 or C-276). These pipes boast impressive tensile strength ranging from 690 to 895 MPa and yield strength between 283 to 355 MPa, with an elongation of 40% or more. Hastelloy is known for its excellent resistance to strong oxidizers, reducing agents, and a variety of acids. Its mechanical strength and corrosion resistance remain intact across different temperatures, making it perfect for high-performance, chemically aggressive environments.
