Hastelloy Seamless Tubing is generally made from alloys like Hastelloy C276, C22, or B2, which contain nickel (about 55–65%), chromium (14–22%), and molybdenum (15–22%), along with small amounts of tungsten and iron to boost corrosion resistance. These alloys provide tensile strength up to 790 MPa and yield strength around 355 MPa, while still maintaining ductility and toughness at higher temperatures. Hastelloy tubing effectively resists localized attacks in chlorides, reducing acids, and oxidizing environments. Its seamless design guarantees uniform properties, smooth flow paths, and outstanding performance in high-pressure and high-purity systems.
