Incoloy Pipes mainly consist of nickel (30–46%), chromium (19–23%), and iron (the balance), with specific grades like Incoloy 800 and 825 incorporating elements such as molybdenum, copper, titanium, and aluminum to boost resistance. This unique composition provides outstanding resistance to oxidation, sulfidation, and acid corrosion. The mechanical properties include a tensile strength ranging from 550 to 800 MPa, yield strength between 200 and 450 MPa, and elongation of 30 to 45%, depending on the grade and heat treatment. Incoloy pipes maintain their strength and structural integrity even in high temperatures, corrosive settings, and during thermal cycling.
