Mild Steel Welded Pipes are made from low-carbon steel that contains about 0.10–0.25% carbon, along with small amounts of manganese and silicon. These pipes boast a tensile strength of roughly 330–440 MPa and a yield strength of around 200–250 MPa, striking a balance between strength and excellent ductility and formability. The electric resistance welding (ERW) or submerged arc welding (SAW) methods create strong, consistent seams that hold up well under moderate pressures.
