Stainless Steel 304H Seamless Tubing is made up of 18–20% chromium, 8–11% nickel, and a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) compared to 304 and 304L. This increased carbon enhances tensile strength, creep resistance, and thermal stability at temperatures reaching up to 850 °C. The tubing offers a tensile strength of about 515 MPa and a yield strength close to 205 MPa, all while maintaining excellent ductility and toughness. Its fully austenitic microstructure ensures remarkable weldability, formability, and corrosion resistance in oxidizing environments. The seamless design guarantees uniform strength, leak-free performance, and outstanding reliability in high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
