Stainless Steel 310 and 310S Welded Tubing contains 24–26% chromium and 19–22% nickel content that provides superior oxidation resistance and high-temperature strength. The 310S type has lower carbon composition, which provides improved weldability and minimized carbide precipitation during fabrication. These alloys provide excellent mechanical properties with tensile strength approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of up to 40%. Resistant to temperatures of up to 1100°C, this tubing is suitable for thermal cycling, oxidizing conditions, and usage in extreme heat and corrosive exposure, providing long-term stability and strength.
