Our Stainless Steel 316H Welded Tubing has 16–18% Chromium, 10–14% Nickel, and 2–3% Molybdenum with higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) for improved creep resistance and high-temperature strength. The tubing has around 515 MPa tensile strength and 205 MPa yield strength, providing better performance under high-stress conditions. The tubing resists pitting, oxidation, and corrosion due to chloride, is suitable for both dynamic and static applications, and has enhanced resistance to heat. The high-carbon composition enhances structural stability within heat-intensive environments like chemical reactors, heat exchangers, and boilers under conditions where mechanical integrity must be maintained in the long term.
