Stainless Steel 347/347H Seamless Tubing is composed of approximately 17–20% chromium, 9–13% nickel, and niobium (with a content greater than ten times that of carbon) for stabilization. The 347H grade features a higher carbon content (around 0.04–0.10%) to enhance strength under prolonged high temperatures. Typical tensile strength ranges from about 515–750 MPa, with yield strength around 205 MPa, ensuring excellent ductility and toughness. These alloys are resistant to oxidation, polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking, and intergranular attack. Their stable microstructure and superior mechanical properties guarantee reliable performance in continuous high-temperature service and thermal cycling applications.
