Stainless Steel 347 Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel alloy that features 17–20% Chromium, 9–13% Nickel, and is stabilized with niobium (columbium) to prevent chromium carbide precipitation. It also includes small amounts of manganese, silicon, and carbon. This unique composition boosts its resistance to intergranular corrosion in high-temperature conditions. The mechanical properties showcase a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of around 205 MPa, and impressive elongation.
