**Stainless Steel 904L Tubing** is a low-carbon, high-alloy austenitic stainless steel that contains 19–23% chromium, 23–28% nickel, 4–5% molybdenum, and 1–2% copper. This alloy composition provides unparalleled resistance against pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in harsh and corrosive conditions like sulfuric and phosphoric acids. The tube offers mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 490–740 MPa and yield strength of about 220 MPa. It retains outstanding weldability, formability, and resistance to thermal stability, allowing it to find application in numerous demanding applications.
