Stainless Steel Boiler Tubing is generally produced using grades like SS 304, 304H, 316, 316L, and 321. These grades typically contain 18–20% Chromium, 8–13% Nickel, and sometimes Molybdenum and Titanium to boost thermal and corrosion resistance. The mechanical properties feature a tensile strength of up to 620 MPa, a yield strength of around 240 MPa, and excellent creep resistance. These tubes are designed to excel under extreme pressure and temperature conditions, providing remarkable strength, oxidation resistance, and a long service life in boiler and heat exchanger systems.
