Super Duplex Steel ERW Pipes are generally made from UNS S32750 (2507) or UNS S32760, containing about 25% Chromium, 7% Nickel, 3.5% Molybdenum, and 0.2–0.3% Nitrogen. This dual-phase alloy structure (ferritic-austenitic) provides outstanding tensile strength (≥750 MPa), yield strength (≥550 MPa), and an elongation of around 25%. The composition ensures excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorides. These pipes also offer great weldability, high fatigue strength, and thermal stability, making them ideal for high-pressure and corrosive environments.
