**Super Duplex Steel Seamless Tubing**—widely made in grade UNS S32750 or S32760—is comprised of about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3–4% molybdenum, and nitrogen. Having an optimal austenitic-ferritic microstructure, it possesses outstanding mechanical properties such as tensile strength up to 800–850 MPa and yield strength approximately 550 MPa. The weld-free manufacturing process ensures perfect strength and improved corrosion resistance. These tubes have excellent pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking resistance, particularly in chloride-enriched and high-pressure conditions, with excellent fatigue and impact resistance.
