Titanium Grade 2 Pipes are produced from commercially pure titanium (CP Ti) and have small proportions of elements like iron (up to 0.3%), oxygen (up to 0.25%), carbon (up to 0.08%), nitrogen (up to 0.03%), and hydrogen (up to 0.015%). These pipes are highly resistant to corrosion, particularly in oxidizing and mildly reducing conditions. Mechanical properties consist of tensile strength of around 344 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of about 20%. Titanium Gr 2 is non-heavy in weight, weldable, and easy to fabricate and performs appropriately in both high and low temperatures due to which it can be used in a wide variety of applications.
